I have heard time and time aga...What a great story! I have heard time and time again about "vivid" dreams that people have of a loved one who passed away. These are definitely more than just a dream. I had one once myself. Since we are most relaxed and receptive during sleep, oftentimes we are visited by those in spirit. It is their way of saying goodbye and letting us know that they're okay.

The phenomenon which took place in your house is just amazing. Those in the spirit world find ways to communicate with us. Your particular communication was very strong. Perhaps your grandmother wanted to make sure you knew it was her. Taking what happened in stride is also very good, because I know incidents like this can often be very frightening to those who don't understand it. It sounds like you knew it wasn't anything threatening. You knew it was your grandmother because she was putting out that energy to you. How great is that!

Even though she seems to have passed on now, remember that your grandmother is always with you. The spirits have an amazing way of being there when we need them.

Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful story.

KerriannKerriann Flanagan Broskyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07408071544660511179noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7800447813134269122.post-22593801752303083362010-05-05T19:47:07.624-07:002010-05-05T19:47:07.624-07:00OK, Kerriann...here's one for you.
A couple...OK, Kerriann...here's one for you.

A couple of years ago, I was noticing a shadow moving behind me in the reflection in the sliding glass doors in my kitchen. When I would turn around, there wouldn't be anything there. I dismissed it as my imagination in spite of the fact that it went on for days.

Later that week, I started noticing a ball of light moving around rooms. For some strange reason, I felt it was my grandmother that had passed away not long before...but I figured that it could also just be my mind playing tricks on me, so I never said anything to anyone.

The shadows in the reflections and lights moving around the room went on for weeks...

One night, while I was doing the dishes after dinner, my husband jumped up (nearly right out of his skin!), and shouted... "OH MY GOD! Did you just see that light move around the family room?!?!?"

I never even looked up and said..."oh...that's just Grandma, she's been here for weeks" LOL!

This continued for another couple of days, until one night I had a very vivid dream about her...a younger version of her was walking down the hallway in my house, when I asked her how it was possible that she was there since she had died, she just smiled at me and walked away...and that was the end of the lights and shadows. The Reif Familyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11627947845395432973noreply@blogger.com
